Anna Jarrett is an international storyteller, author, conservation educator, teacher, musician and outdoor guide living on the south coast of NSW in Yuin Country. Anna’s storytelling workshops and performances have been featured at Australian and international events in New Zealand, Singapore, India and USA; Australian FairyTale Society (AFTS) conferences, Federations of Asian Storytellers (FEAST) webinars, Australian Storytelling Conferences, National Storytelling Network (NSN)USA, the National Folk Festival and the National Museum of Australia. Her stories reflect her travel adventures and her deep love of nature, magic, dreaming and home.

Anna enjoys telling traditional, original and contemporary stories which celebrate her community roots, lineage and love of her south coast home. Anna is an excellent educator and recently published a chapter in ‘Storytelling Pedagogy in Australia and Asia’, on ‘Storytelling for Sustainability Education, Cultural Learning and Social Change’. Anna’s environmental story work is presented in many forms, including guided tours at the Eurobodalla Regional Botanic Gardens and on Baranguba Montague Island, shorebird education programs, storytelling webinars with the Australian Association for Environmental Education and pop-up storytelling performances.
