10.00am - Workshop - Participation Storytelling

Join Christine Carlton and Kiran Shah as they take you on a storytelling journey that involves audience participation in various forms.  This will be a practical workshop to extend your storytelling skills. As a performer learn how to engage audiences (both the young and the young-at-heart) by inviting them to join in either before or during the story. As a facilitator of groups participate in using co-created storytelling for developing interactive group dynamics, team work and creativity. 

12.00pm - AGM and election of committee
1.00pm - Traditional Soup Lunch and Stone Soup Story
1.45pm - 3pm -An afternoon of storytelling. - ‘Open Mic Storytelling’ - Participation Stories -  A chance to tell a story and to listen to a variety of stories from others who love story.  Stories to be between 3 and 10 minutes.
