‘Tales to Tell’ - Community storytelling

Come as a listener or teller.

As we enter the New Year what tales have you been waiting to tell? 

There will be no theme this story swap. You could share a personal story or folktale or historical tale .. whatever is waiting to be given voice in this new year.

Come with a prepared story to tell or join as a listener and enjoy meeting people with tales from different places and cultures.

Prepared stories are to be between 2 and 6 minutes in length. 

Attention needs to be given to the shape of the story - have an interesting beginning; a change, surprise or discovery in the story; and a clear ending. Stories are told, not read.
