Inside the Box- Story Swap

There are many different types of boxes - but what is inside each of them? What stories do they hold? Stories of mystery, romance, magic, history, surprise, fashion, music, delectable delights, useful implements or information. Are the boxes large or small, decorated or plain in appearance? Does what they hold bring a cause for concern or joy, hope and celebration?

Let us be enthralled by tales from folklore, history, creative fantasy, personal experience and anticipation where what is inside the box is a significant part of the story.

The challenge for this story swap is for the storyteller to include the line ..”inside the box..” in their 6-minute story.
