AUDIENCE

As founder of Storytelling at your Service, Leanne not only tells original tales to hundreds of children every week, but she also inspires and supports early childhood educators to embark on or deepen their pedagogical practice via the magical world of oral storytelling.

Leanne is the “Storyteller in Residence” at many early childhood centres in Northern NSW. She also regularly tells at local primary schools, and is involved with libraries, art galleries, and community groups. Every year, Leanne tours regional NSW and S/E Qld with her unique and highly sought-after brand of “collaborative storytelling”. She has been described as “a true storytelling artist”.

Leanne’s original stories are powerful narratives that range from mythical to modern. Her stories have been described as “gripping and engaging tales that touch on fundamental truths and dilemmas covering relationships and emotional literacy, environmental and global concerns, and everything in between.
