The weather is cool but we have some storytelling to warm you up from the inside. Below we have listed what's on offer over the next few weeks and stay tuned for some exciting online storytelling webinars and courses.

The Blue Mountains Storytelling Circle Online

Kiran Shah and Jill Webster are opening up the Blue Mountains Story Circle to all members this month. The Circle will be online via zoom this Sunday. So where ever you live around NSW and beyond, you can join in. If you would like to tell a story or just listen in contact Kiran  and she will forward you the  zoom link.

Tangerine Elephant on the Central Coast
Tangerine Elephant is holding a storytelling on the Central Coast as part of the Eco Garden's Birthday Celebrations. So if you've been missing live storytelling then jump on the M1 to Kariong, the Eco Garden is just a few minutes from the turn off. It's an outdoor event but there is soup available as well as the stories to keep you warm.

The rules of engagement are:
True Tales, Tall Tales, or Folk Tales
7 minute story- time violations apply  
You must include the theme words in your story
There is a secret word that must not be mentioned- 
And there is a secret word that must be mentioned 
These mysterious words will be revealed on the night.
The audience vote is final
(Unless you bribe the host with chocolate)

This story swap is free to all you don't need to be a member of FEAST.  However we do appreciate donations - Donate to FEAST
For the first time, a poll was conducted amongst our members, and we have our first ever "member chosen theme" - Strong Women.
We're looking for tellers to share tales of Strong Women both real and from folklore. (Maximum of 9 minutes per story). If you would like to tell a story please indicate on our event registration form.

If you are chosen to tell a story, please make sure you can tell it in 9 MINUTES or less! We want to give as many tellers as possible a chance to share a story.
If  you register for the session, you will be sent a Zoom link  with the confimation email. The link will ask you to download the ZOOM software which is very easy to install and use.If you  have any questions about the software, please contact Krupa Vinayagamoorthy - krupavmoorthi@gmail.com
